The Sims for Sale

SimFarm was released by Maxis in 1993.  Players are put in charge of building up their land, strategically placing buildings, buying, feeding, and selling livestock,  and, of course, planting crops.

 

There is weather and seasons, which bring their own challenges to the game, just as they would in real life.  Weather can cause droughts, dust storms, pests, and tornadoes. Players must deal with these occurances to successfully harvest their crops.
